These terms apply to guests booking a transfer, and to the partner companies, their staff and their chauffeurs using the dispatch tools.

1.Using this service
These terms cover the booking pages, the company portals and the chauffeur app. By booking a transfer or signing in to a portal or driver account, you accept them.
2.Independent operator companies
The chauffeur and transfer companies on this platform are separate Bahamian businesses. Each is responsible for its own vehicles, chauffeurs, licensing, insurance, pricing and the service it provides.
This platform provides the reservation and dispatch system those companies run on. The transport itself is provided by the company you booked with, and its own terms apply to the ride.
3.Bookings and confirmation
A booking is a request made to the operator you selected. You receive a booking number immediately, and the run is confirmed and assigned by that company’s dispatch team.
Availability is checked against the operator’s live board while you complete the form. If the vehicle you selected has been taken in the meantime, you will be asked to choose another before the request is sent.
Details supplied at booking, in particular the pick-up point, date, time, passenger count and contact number, must be accurate so the chauffeur can reach you.
4.Fares and payment
Fares are set by the operating company, per vehicle and trip type, and can differ by hotel or property. The fare shown while booking is that company’s rate for the selection you made.
Card details are not collected on the booking pages. Payment is arranged with the operating company, either in the vehicle, by prepayment, or on the invoicing terms agreed for a corporate account. Extra charges such as extended waiting time, additional stops or cleaning are set by that company.
5.Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Changes and cancellations are handled by the operating company under its own policy, and as much notice as possible should be given so a chauffeur is not left waiting.
Where a flight is being tracked and the flight arrives, no charge for lateness will be made for the delay itself. Failing to appear at the agreed pick-up point without notice, or refusing to travel once the chauffeur has arrived, may be treated as a no-show.
6.Passenger responsibilities
Be at the pick-up point at the agreed time, with the contact number you booked reachable. Where a child or booster seat is required, tell the operator when booking.
Passenger and luggage numbers must fit the vehicle booked; the operator may arrange further vehicles, chargeable at its own rate, if the party or baggage is larger than declared.
Smoking, alcohol in breach of Bahamian law, and behaviour that endangers a chauffeur or the vehicle are not permitted. Cleaning or repair costs caused by a passenger may be charged by the operator.
7.Chauffeurs and vehicles
Chauffeurs hold Bahamian driving licences and are engaged by the operating company. Vehicles are maintained and commercially insured by that company, and the platform publishes each company’s fleet, categories and capacities.
8.Flights and waiting time
For airport and private terminal transfers, the flight number supplied at booking is used to follow the arrival, including gate and terminal changes, and the chauffeur is scheduled around the actual landing.
Waiting time after a landing, meet-and-greet arrangements and extended waits for late arrivals are set by the operating company and may affect the fare.
9.Acceptable use
Do not make bookings you do not intend to take, impersonate another person or company, attempt to reach another company’s records, or interfere with the service or with another user’s account.
Operator staff accounts are personal. Sign-in details must not be shared, and a company must remove access when a person leaves.
10.Availability of the platform
Features, portals, booking services and covered terminals may be switched on, changed or paused for maintenance, or where a partner company is inactive. Flight information and road routing depend on third-party services and can be delayed or unavailable at times.
11.Liability
The platform is provided as a dispatch system, and responsibility for carriage rests with the operating company. To the extent permitted by Bahamian law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays arising from traffic, weather, flight changes or other events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12.Changes and governing law
These terms are updated as the service develops, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means the current version applies.
They are governed by the laws of The Bahamas, and questions about them, or about a booking, can be raised with the company that operated your transfer or with the support address on your booking confirmation.
